Tanglewood HOA Dues are $150 per year per property owned. Please help us by paying in a timely manner. Your dues go toward road maintenance and forest management mainly. You may pay with PayPal, with credit or debit cards, by check which you may mail in or bring to the annual homeowners meeting or you may pay cash at the meeting. Preferably, we would like to encourage everyone to enable electronic bank drafts that will allow you to pay automatically, safely and without having to think about making a payment.
