Announcing Some Important Dates:

Annual HOA Meeting

Date:  Sunday July 2nd, 2pm
Place: Keefer’s Cabin

  • We have a lot to cover:
  • Upcoming Sangre de Cristo plans to remove trees within the power line right-of-way
  • Current Commissioners:
    • Terms run from HOA Meeting to HOA Meeting ie:
      If elected in 2021, then term is 2022 (last half of 2021),2023,2024 (until 2024 HOA meeting)
      • Paul McGrady    2023,2024,2025
      • Tim Wint remainder of Linda Witter’s Term 2022, 2023, 2024
      • Shari Copeland    2021,2022,2023 (Will be rolling off, Shari has served two 3 year terms which is the maximum consecutive terms allowed by our by-laws)

Celebration of Life – Becky Balding Conway

Jamie Conway is hosting a Celebration of Life for Becky at the Conway cabin, 72 Rock Creek Road in Tanglewood on Saturday, July 1st, 2023 at 4PM. If you need further information, please respond to this email and I will pass it along to Jamie.

Workday

We always have a lot to do around Tanglewood. If you would like to help us out with cleanup, fencing, etc. we would welcome your assistance on Monday, July 3 at 9:00 AM. We will meet at the potluck area in front of Johnson’s cabin. Bring gloves and if you plan on doing forest cleanup, maybe a rake.

It’s Time To Pay HOA Dues

Still $150 per property per year unless you hold multiple properties then it’s $150 total.

Several options on how you may do this:
1) If you are mailing a check – Checks should be mailed to:

2) Delivering by hand:

a) Please deliver to Shari at the Copeland cabin at the upper end of PineCone lane and then left on Mockingbird Hill
b) OR, bring a check or cash to the HOA meeting on July 2

3) Paying by automatic transfer: If you would like to pay automatically every year and avoid having to think about it and write a check, call me (Tim Wint, 972.955.0995) and I will give you the bank routing and account number so that you can use to do this. If you are currently paying this way, please check the details on your transfer.

4) Paying by PayPal: Pay using our PayPal account: tanglewoodhoawestcliffe@gmail.com. I am increasing the PayPal default charge to $156 to cover the 4% fee.
